• Each appointment is a maximum of 30 minutes. 
• You are allowed to bring one friend  (maximum 2 people at the appointment)
• Select the timeslot you wish to book when making the appointment.
• Save your confirmation email; Details to cancel the appointment are in the confirmation email
• Emails should be going to your student email but may be in either your inbox or junk folder.
